About Nicholas S. Clevenger
Nicholas S. Clevenger has devoted his legal career to representing individuals harmed by negligence, dangerous products, and corporate misconduct. With over two decades of litigation experience, his practice focuses heavily on complex mass tort and product liability cases involving pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, and catastrophic injuries.
Nick began his career with a respected Kansas City plaintiff litigation firm, first clerking with the firm for more than a year before joining as an attorney in 2005. Early in his career, he gained hands-on experience handling personal injury, pharmaceutical, and large-scale mass tort claims — work that would become the foundation of his practice for years to come.
Since entering private practice, Nick has exclusively represented injured clients and families. His litigation experience includes claims involving defective birth control products, hernia and pelvic mesh implants, orthopedic devices such as knee and hip replacements, and toxic exposure and product liability cases involving glyphosate and asbestos, among others. Known for his strategic approach and deep understanding of complex litigation, Nick has helped clients navigate high-stakes cases against some of the largest corporations in the country.
Throughout his career, Nick has been recognized by his peers for his work in plaintiff litigation, including selection to Super Lawyers and Super Lawyers Rising Stars. He is also an active member of several leading trial lawyer organizations dedicated to protecting the rights of injured individuals nationwide.
