About A. Spiehs
Addison Spiehs focuses his practice on helping injured individuals and families navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. His work includes cases involving car crashes, commercial trucking accidents, unsafe property conditions, dog bites, and other negligence-related injuries throughout Missouri and Kansas.
Before entering the legal profession, Addison served four years in the United States Air Force, where he worked as a mechanic on A-10 and F-16 aircraft. That experience demanded attention to detail, accountability, and calm decision-making under pressure; qualities he now brings to every client matter and every stage of litigation.
Addison received his Bachelor of Arts in American Politics from the University of Central Florida before earning his law degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law. While in law school, he worked with the UMKC Tenant Assistance Initiative, assisting individuals facing housing and legal challenges and gaining valuable hands-on advocacy experience early in his legal career.
Clients value Addison’s approachable style and steady communication throughout the legal process. He believes effective representation starts with listening carefully, understanding each client’s goals, and building trust from day one.
A Kansas City native, Addison is proud to represent members of the community he calls home. Outside of his practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Bailey, and their son.
