About Kevin T. Young
Kevin brings a unique background to his personal injury practice: Marine veteran, former prosecutor, former electrician, and trial attorney.
Raised on a farm outside Marshfield, Missouri, Kevin learned early the value of hard work, preparation, and self-reliance. After serving in the United States Marine Corps reserves, he earned his degree while working full time, then went on to graduate magna cum laude from Regent University School of Law.
Before dedicating his practice exclusively to personal injury litigation, Kevin served as a Senior Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Greene County, handling complex felony matters in the Major Crimes Unit. Today, he uses that courtroom experience to advocate for injured clients against insurance companies and corporate defendants.
Kevin handles serious injury cases with a direct, trial-ready approach built on preparation, honest communication, and a commitment to making sure every client understands where their case stands.
As a founding partner of the firm, Kevin continues to lead with the same values that have shaped his career: preparation, accountability, and standing up for injured individuals and families when it matters most.
Kevin lives in Kansas City, Missouri with his wife, Olivia, and two children.
