Ross Paczkowski focuses his practice on personal injury litigation; representing individuals and families who have been harmed by negligence. Ross joined a well-established Kansas City plaintiff litigation firm in 2017 after clerking in both its personal injury and mass tort practice groups while attending law school. That early, hands-on experience with complex injury litigation helped shape the client-focused approach he brings to every case. Before entering private practice, Ross worked as a transactional tax consultant for a national firm based in St. Louis, where he advised on complex real estate matters and corporate transactions. That background continues to inform the way he analyzes damages, financial losses, and long-term case value for injured clients.

Ross earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri. He went on to earn both his Juris Doctor and Master’s in Accountancy from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. He earned his Certified Public Accountant license from the Missouri Board of Accountancy, a distinction that provides an added level of financial insight to his litigation practice.
